Brian Slater, racing against the odds.
What inspires you?
Having the ability to inspire others in what inspires me. Even if it’s only one person. Coming from a small division III college to having opportunities to represent my country is a fight and a blessing. Knowing that what i want to accomplish with track is bigger than myself inspires me. For that athlete that didn’t get recruited by that big division I school or not getting contacted by agents and shoes companies to keep fighting. To the Islands still rebuilding from those terrible hurricanes to keep fighting.
