What Inspires You? I’m inspired by my legacy and passing on to the next generation. I want to have something to show to my kids or athletes that I coach and train and say this achievable in your life.
What is are your current season goals?
Track Goals
100m : 10.98
200m: 22.90
What about personal goals?
Having my own training facility with a state of the art Olympic weight room and Olympic size track and recovery and rehab center
What is the most significant challenge you face in achieving your goal?
For track and field my challenge I face is staying healthy while competing at the highest stage of track and field.
What is a technical aspect of your sport you are focusing on or have previously improved?
I’ve been really focusing on my start of my race because that was my weakest point.

What is your approach to Recovery?
Recovery?
Active and inactive recovery it depends on the training week. Ice baths, sauna, pool, epsom salt bath, massage, chiropractor.
